You will work closely with senior management, taking increasing ownership of the function, and help establish structured reporting and efficient controls across multiple entities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing and developing a small finance team.
• Strong management accounting and month-end reporting experience.
• Experience improving financial processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Managing, supporting and developing an existing finance team of four.
• Overseeing financial operations across multiple business entities.
• Implementing and improving month-end procedures and management reporting.
• Reviewing accounting systems, processes and controls to identify efficiencies.
• Producing financial information to support business decisions.
• Working closely with operational managers to understand business performance.
• Taking increasing ownership of the finance function as part of a planned succession.
