The CFO HQ is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our Cardiff finance team. The role leads the full management accounting lifecycle, balancing hands-on work with people management in a fast-paced environment.

Hybrid working arrangement—4 days in the office, 1 day from home—offers a great balance of collaboration and autonomy. Strong month-end, budgeting and forecasting experience is essential, with multi-currency exposure considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in finance management and leadership.
• Strong end-to-end management accounting knowledge.
• Experience in fast-paced or SSC environments is desirable.
• Commercially minded with stakeholder partnering skills.
