Job summary

Grosvenor Group in Chester seeks a qualified Finance Manager to join our Finance team. You will lead trust reporting, overheads financial and management reporting, and deliver ad-hoc financial projects while managing one direct report.

Qualifications

Recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
Post-qualification accounting experience.
Strong management and financial accounting experience.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence with financial systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Trust reporting: quarterly management accounts, year-end statutory accounts, budgets and forecasts.
Overheads financial and management reporting for Main Fund.
Ad-hoc financial projects and process improvements.
Line management of one direct report: Finance Assistant; provide guidance and development.
