Job summary

Caledonia Housing Association is seeking a Finance Manager to strengthen the Finance Team and lead all financial activities across the organisation. This hybrid role requires delivering timely financial information, driving efficiency, and ensuring value for money for tenants.

You will manage income and expenditure, support strategic planning, and work closely with the Head of Finance to ensure tax and regulatory compliance while motivating a high-performing team and delivering excellent service

Qualifications

• Senior-level qualified accountant with credibility in financial matters.
• Experience leading and developing finance teams.
• Ability to deliver timely financial information for planning and decision-making.
