Caledonia Housing Group is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the finance team and deliver high-quality financial management across the organisation. The role supports strategic planning, business planning and decision-making, ensuring value for money for tenants.

The role is hybrid with working from home and at Caledonia Group offices in Dundee or Perth, for a minimum of two days per week. You will report to the Head of Finance and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Formación

• Proven experience leading and developing finance teams at a senior level.
• Qualified accountant with ability to provide credible financial challenge.
• Experience delivering compliant financial reporting and strategic insights.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all operational finance activities including income, expenditure and service charges.
• Provide timely and insightful financial information to support planning and decision-making.
• Ensure tax, regulatory and reporting compliance with Head of Finance.
