Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking a Finance Manager to own the numbers for our Wigan site, supporting Heinz. The role leads the finance team, oversees P&L and balance sheet, and ensures accurate reporting and strong commercial insight.

This full-time, hybrid position is onsite four days a week (Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00 with flexible hours). Salary up to £60,000 plus 25 days' annual leave, pension, life assurance, and access to our benefits platform.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced Senior Finance role, ideally within logistics.
• ACCA or CIMA qualification completed.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop the finance team to drive high performance.
• Own P&L and balance sheet, ensuring policy adherence.
• Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Prepare annual budgets and customer forecasts to strict timelines.
• Provide financial support to operational teams for business cases.
