Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager at a shared-user site in Wellingborough. You will deliver best-practice reporting and insights into operational performance while providing weekly costings, monthly accounts, forecasts, KPIs and balance-sheet reconciliations.

Qualifications

• CIMA/ACCA or studying towards completion is highly desirable.
• Experience with Oracle financial systems is advantageous.
• Experience with open book contracts is desirable.
• Proven ability to deliver accurate reporting and insights.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and monthly operational performance reporting for GXO and the customer.
• Collaborate with HR and on-site teams to resolve queries and manage payments.
• Assist the Finance Manager in improving reporting processes and procedures.
• Provide variance analysis with commentary to aid management interpretation.
