Mamas & Papas is seeking a Finance Manager to lead day-to-day financial accounting, treasury and reporting. You will own ledgers, balance sheet, cash management and forecasting, while developing the Finance Accounting and Payments teams.

The role requires 3 days in the office at our Huddersfield HQ and will involve senior stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will be ACA/ACCA or CIMA qualified with post-qualification experience in financial control and statutory reporting, plus

• Qualified accountant with professional membership.
• Experience leading finance teams and multi-entity environments.

Aufgaben

• Lead financial ledgers, balance sheet and accounting processes.
• Maintain robust controls and document evidence for financial transactions.
• Develop Financial Accounting and Payments & Transactions teams (9 staff).
• Oversee cash flow, treasury management and FX coverage.
• Produce monthly management accounts and bank covenant reporting.
• Manage statutory accounts, year-end audit and tax compliance.
• Support VAT, PAYE, Corporation Tax and R&D tax claims.
