Job summary

Kick It Out is seeking a proactive Finance Manager to lead the Foundation's finance function in Huddersfield. You will manage day-to-day finances, prepare monthly management accounts and support governance with policy reviews and risk documentation.

Reporting to the CEO, you will provide high-quality financial reporting and partner with the Senior Leadership Team and Board to drive the charity's strategy and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in financial management and reporting within charities is preferred.
• Experience with governance, risk, and policy review.
• Strong attention to detail and collaborative working across the Foundation.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Finance Manager will take responsibility for day-to-day financial management, monthly management accounts, financial reporting, and high-quality financial support to Huddersfield Town Foundation staff, the Senior Leadership Team and the Board of Trustees. The role will also coordinate financial returns to statutory bodies and funding partners and support good governance through the review of relevant policies, risk documentation and working practices.
