Job summary

Pratap Partnership Ltd, a growing SME, is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to own the finance function. You will report to the MD and Directors and provide financial insight, control and commercial support to the business.

You will oversee monthly finance cycle, management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, working capital and statutory reporting, while strengthening processes and systems. This is a hands-on, autonomy-rich role with direct influence on growth.

Qualifications

• Oversee monthly finance cycle, management accounts and cash-flow forecasting.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and working capital management.
• Coordinate VAT, payroll, tax and statutory reporting.
• Manage relationships with external accountants, advisers and banking partners.
• Provide meaningful analysis on profitability, margins, pricing and business performance.
• Drive improvements in processes, controls, systems and reporting.
