Job summary

CPL in the United Kingdom is recruiting a Finance Manager to join a high-growth medical devices business on a hybrid basis (3 office days per week) with a salary £55,000–£65,000. You will work directly with the Managing Director to shape performance and financial strategy.

You'll own the finance function, drive budgeting and forecasting, deliver monthly management accounts and insights, and play a key role in preparing for the next phase of growth toward an FD path.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
• Experience preparing management accounts and financial reports.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Knowledge of UK financial reporting and financial controls.
• Relocation support available; must have right to work in the UK (sponsorship not provided).

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Produce monthly management accounts, financial reporting and analysis.
• Manage cash flow, financial controls and overall business performance.
• Deliver insightful reporting and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency and scalability.
• Support strategic projects and growth initiatives.
• Strengthen finance systems, processes and reporting capabilities.
• Build relationships as a trusted finance partner.
• Contribute to a high-performing, commercially focused organisation.
