Finance Manager (French speaking)
Salary: 60,000–70,000
Location: London once a month/Remote

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a fluent French and English-speaking Finance Manager! This role serves as the subject matter expert for France, ensuring accurate and timely recording of accounting records and compliance with statutory accounting and tax return requirements. This full-time, permanent position offers remote working with flexible hours.

What you'll do:

1. Manage day-to-day accounting activities.
2. Ensure accurate submission of all accounting information into our system.
3. Prepare and post monthly accruals, prepayments, and maintain asset registers.
4. Provide supporting documentation for monthly accounting records.
5. Manage the year-end audit process and deliver required documentation.
6. Ensure VAT returns and payroll tax reports are filed accurately and on time.
7. Support other teams as needed.
8. Maintain current knowledge of processes and systems.
9. Collaborate with transaction teams to ensure proper training and procedures.

What you bring:

• Fluency in French and English.
• High school diploma or college degree; qualifications in Maths and English are essential.
• Professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) or studying towards one.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar accounting software.
• Previous experience as an accounting lead in a French entity is essential.
• Experience working across multiple global departments is preferred.
