Role Summary:

Seeking a finance manager to oversee financial operations for French-based entities, focusing on reporting, forecasting, compliance, and strategic collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial transactions for French entities.
• Deliver monthly financial reports with variance analysis.
• Ensure adherence to French GAAP and IFRS standards.
• Supervise daily financial operations including payables, receivables, and payroll.

Planning & Forecasting:

• Lead budgeting for French operations.
• Produce a 13-week cash flow forecast.
• Support management with financial forecasts and modelling.

Audit & Compliance:

• Prepare annual statutory accounts.
• Manage audit processes and liaise with auditors.

Banking & Taxation:

• Oversee banking and cash management.
• Coordinate with tax professionals for compliance.

Business Partnering:

• Build relationships across departments to promote financial awareness.

About You:

• Chartered accountant qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Fluent French (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of IFRS and tax compliance.
• Experience in preparing financial statements.
• Hospitality sector experience is a plus but not required.
