Farnell, an Avnet company, is seeking a Finance Manager - EMEA in Leeds to oversee financial accounting for multiple European entities with c.$800m revenue and to lead close processes under IFRS and US GAAP. The role requires ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent and experience in margin accounting and internal controls.

You will manage a small team, collaborate with global stakeholders, and drive process improvements in a flexible hybrid setup (3 days in office, 2 at home).

Qualifikationen

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
• Experience in financial accounting and balance sheet management.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and US GAAP awareness.

Aufgaben

• Lead month-end, quarter-end and year-end closes across entities.
• Ensure IFRS reporting and US GAAP group consolidation compliance.
• Review journal entries, accruals and provisions for accuracy.
• Drive balance sheet governance and timely reconciliations.
• Manage intercompany balances and SOX controls.
