JasperRose Limited is seeking a Senior Finance Manager, EMEA, for a permanent hybrid role in Egham, Surrey. You will own the regional accounting function, leading month-end close, reporting and technical accounting across a global business.

You will manage and mentor the EMEA accounting team, ensuring compliance with Local GAAP and US GAAP, while collaborating with FP&A, Treasury and HR on strategic projects.

Qualificações

• Qualified accountant with professional designation (CIMA/ACA/ACCA).
• 5+ years' progressive accounting experience in industry.
• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting knowledge (US GAAP & IFRS).
• Experience working with MS Dynamics 365 (D365).
• Experience in global, complex business environments.
• Hands-on, commercially minded leadership with analytical focus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the EMEA month-end close, including revenue, cash, payroll, fixed assets, leases and OPEX.
• Review complex reconciliations and journal entries with strong audit trails.
• Mentor and develop a team of accountants, providing technical guidance.
• Ensure compliance with Local GAAP and US GAAP in reporting.
• Partner with Finance, FP&A, Treasury and HR on reporting projects.
• Drive process improvements and systems projects across accounting.

As Financial Accounting Manager, EMEA, you’ll take ownership of the regional accounting function, leading the month-end close, financial reporting and technical accounting.

The Role

• Lead the EMEA month-end close, covering revenue, cash, payroll, fixed assets, leases and operating expenses.
• Review complex reconciliations and journal entries, ensuring accuracy and strong audit trails.
• Manage, mentor and develop a team of accountants, providing technical guidance and oversight.
• Ensure accounting policies and reporting comply with Local GAAP and US GAAP.
• Partner with Finance, FP&A, Treasury, HR and other teams on reporting and business projects.
• Drive process improvements, systems projects and best-practice initiatives across the accounting function.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant CIMA / ACA / ACCA
• 5+ years' progressive accounting experience working within industry
• Must have strong technical accounting and financial reporting experience, with a solid understanding of US GAAP and IFRS.
• Must have experience working in D365
• Must have experience working in a global and complex business
• A hands-on, commercially minded leader with strong analytical skills, an ownership mentality and a passion for improving processes.
