Job Title: Finance Manager - Corporate & Operations

The Group Reporting team is responsible for producing, analysing, reporting, and presenting the periodic operating performance of the C4 organisation. This includes financials such as P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash, Capex, KPIs (both financial and non-financial), and comparative performance analysis.
This role is crucial within the Group Reporting team, leading the periodic management accounting, budgeting, and forecasting for C4's Corporate & Operations business units, including teams like Legal & Corporate Affairs, Executive, Strategy, Finance, People, and Workspace.
The role reports to and supports the SFM-Group Accounting, consolidating and reporting all periodic management accounting requirements across all close periods (month, quarter, YTD, and FY). It involves managing data and reporting in line with internal controls, policies, and processes, and developing financial systems and reporting tools to enhance understanding of C4's operating performance.
It manages stakeholder relationships across the Corporate and Operations units, leading reporting, forecasting, and budgeting cycles in collaboration with the FP&A team. Additionally, it leads the management accounts team, acting as a conduit for stakeholders regarding YTD actual performance and forecasts, helping them track, understand, and manage budgets and performance for improved forecasts.
This role also involves managing a team of three, providing leadership, guidance, and skills development.
From September 2023, employees will work a minimum of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, with flexibility for up to 10 days remote work. Changes will be communicated in advance.
