Job summary

Hawthorn One, a well-established manufacturing group, seeks a Finance Manager to take full ownership of UK entity management accounts and consolidate the group into a single reporting framework. You will lead a small team of three direct reports, mentoring them toward full responsibility for two international entities.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent (or by experience).
• Strong month-end and multi-entity reporting experience.
• Hands-on with Excel and finance systems; able to pull data from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• Own UK entity management accounts and group consolidation.
• Develop MI pack, establish KPIs and throughput measures; lead budgeting with department heads.
• Mentor and develop a team of three direct reports toward wider responsibilities.
• Support in live finance projects as the group invests in systems and processes.
