Job summary

The Employment Network is recruiting an experienced Finance Manager to join a successful business based in Kidlington. This hands-on role covers management accounting, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and developing the finance team.

You will work with the Financial Controller and wider business, providing financial insight to support commercial and operational decision-making. Office-based, full-time, in Kidlington.

Qualifications

• ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified or QBE.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Commercially minded and confident working with non-finance stakeholders.
• Proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Happy working full-time, office-based in Kidlington.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reporting
• Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
• Producing management information, KPIs and financial analysis
• Balance sheet reconciliations and month-end processes
• Business partnering with operational and commercial teams
• Supporting and developing junior members of the finance team
• Improving financial controls, processes and reporting
• Supporting year-end and external audit
