Wade Macdonald is recruiting a Finance Manager for a London-based, hybrid role on a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract. You will work with the Financial Controller, lead management accounting, financial reporting and control, and develop a team of five.
ACCA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with 3–5 years post-qualification, IFRS/FRS 102 expertise, strong Excel, and proven stakeholder influence. Hybrid model requires 2–3 days in office; salary £80k-£90k per year along with a broad benefits package.

Duties will include:
You will be an ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant with 3–5 years' post-qualified experience and strong knowledge of FRS 102 and IFRS. You will bring proven finance team leadership, external audit experience, excellent Excel skills and experience across multiple accounting systems. A confident communicator, you will be comfortable influencing senior stakeholders, challenging constructively and identifying practical improvements to financial processes and controls.
