Job summary

City of Doncaster Council is seeking a Finance Manager to lead our financial planning and reporting. You will close year-end accounts, prepare statements, and contribute to the Council Financial Strategy.

You will join a supportive finance team, with opportunities for professional development, training, and recognition within a positive work environment. Shortlisting is planned for August 2026 with interviews thereafter.

• Provide the information required for the Statement of Accounts;
• Assist with preparing revenue budgets, contributing to the formulation of the Council Financial Strategy.
