This hands-on role requires managing liquidity, multi-jurisdictional tax compliance (UK & ROI), and translating complex financial metrics into actionable business insights for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant with 3+ years post-qualification experience.
• 1–2 years managing or supervising a finance team.
• Exceptional knowledge of UK and Irish tax regulations.
• Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, macros, data analysis).
• Experience with mid-tier ERP accounting software.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and develop the finance team, ensuring accurate core transactions such as bank reconciliations, accounts receivable, and credit control.
• Establish robust internal controls; review and authorise Accounts Payable and vendor payments.
• Oversee month-end close processes, ensuring journals, fixed asset registers and control account reconciliations are accurate.
