Job summary

Techcare Ltd is seeking its first in-house finance professional to run day-to-day finances, work closely with the CEO, and support pricing and profitability analysis across projects and clients.

You’ll own the end-to-end finance cycle, from ledgers and VAT to payroll input, with hybrid working after probation, 35 days holiday, private healthcare, CPD support, and a direct line to the CEO in our modern Rugeley office.

Qualifications

• Part-qualified, finalist, qualified by experience or fully qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
• Built a full set of management accounts on your own, to a deadline.
• Confident in Xero and Excel.
• Ready to challenge people, the CEO included, when the numbers say so.
• Motivated by building something from the ground up and at ease with an unstructured start.

Responsibilities

• Board management accounts by working day 10 with commentary that explains the movement.
• Cashflow forecasting.
• Sales and purchase ledger, credit control, VAT and payroll input.
• Profitability by project and by client, margin by service line and the pricing calls.
