Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting a Financial Manager to oversee budgeting, forecasting and FP&A activities for a manufacturing client. The role focuses on driving strategic financial insights, leading a small team and partnering with departments to ensure robust financial governance.

The successful candidate will hold ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent, with strong modelling skills and proven leadership. A structured, data-driven mindset will support informed decision-making and business growth.

Responsibilities

Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts and cashflow to guide business planning.
Analyse financial performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Support decision-making through in-depth financial modelling and analysis.
Monitor key performance indicators and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure financial alignment across the business.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Lead and develop a small team to support financial operations.
Present financial reports and findings to senior management.
