Amazon is seeking a Finance Manager for its WW Amazon Shipping (SWA) finance org, an area that is integral to the Amazon flywheel. This person will be a leader in the Finance organization supporting the business initiatives related to SWA EU. This is a very high impact and high visibility role supporting sustainable growth in the EU business. Person in this role will have advancement opportunities to support different businesses and to lead programs or products.

The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for Financial Planning & Analysis activities for EU, driving financial modelling and reporting, controllership, and identifying opportunities across pricing and operations costs. This person will work closely with Business, Operations, Product, and Tech teams, as well as ATS and AMZL Finance teams. The role involves partnering with multiple stakeholders to provide analysis, guidance, and financial leadership to support high-growth initiatives. It requires extensive cross-functional collaboration with retail, transportation, and finance teams to identify best practices and lead cost improvement efforts. A strong self-starter mentality, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to understand the complexity of the Amazon transportation network are essential.

5. Analyze ROI of initiatives and generate actionable insights.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, business, or related experience.
• Experience in tax, finance, or analytical roles.
• Experience in finance and accounting roles, including accounts receivable/payable.
• Knowledge of KPIs and financial reporting.
• Experience with process improvements and automation.
• Participation in continuous improvement projects.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• MBA or CPA.
• Knowledge of SQL/ETL.
• Experience with data quality issues and root cause analysis.
• Proven impact through financial modeling and analysis.
• Experience with large-scale data tools and financial systems.
• Forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis skills.
