Marks Sattin is partnering with a London-based FinTech to recruit an experienced Finance Manager for an initial 12-month contract with potential to go permanent. Hybrid working requires 1 day in the office weekly.

The role demands a fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CPA, hands-on balance sheet reconciliations, and experience line-managing a small team within Financial Services. Immediate availability is preferred.

Finance Manager | 12-Month Contract | FinTech (Potential to go permanent)

• Location: London
• Hybrid Working (1 day required per week in the office).
• Pay Rate: £350 -£400 per day via umbrella

We're partnering with an exciting FinTech business based in London who are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join their team on an initial 12-month contract, with strong potential for the role to become permanent.

Successful applicants must be immediately available to start the contract or on a short notice period (max 2 weeks). You must be a fully qualified accountant with hands on balance sheet reconciliation experience. You must also have experience line managing a team and relevant experience within a Financial Services firm.

The Role

• Manage a team of 3 Accounts Payable professionals
• Take hands-on ownership of month-end close
• Have full ownership of balance sheet reconciliations and Financial Control.
• Support the wider finance function in a fast-paced FinTech environment
• Work 1 day per week in the London office

Requirements

• Fully qualified accountant - ACA / ACCA / CPA or equivalent.
• Previous financial services experience - essential
• Proven line management experience - essential
• Strong hands-on experience with month-end, full balance sheet reconciliations and Financial Control
• Immediately available or on a short notice period
