We're Hiring: Finance Manager | Full-Time | Whitstable

Join our high-performing Finance team and help drive global financial excellence!

We’re on the lookout for a Finance Manager to play a key role in our fast-paced, collaborative finance department. Reporting directly to the Senior Finance Manager, you’ll take ownership of global expense management, supplier invoicing, profitability reporting, and more — helping shape the financial backbone of our international operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead global staff expense processes
• Manage and post bank transactions with precision
• Ensure smooth supplier invoice approvals and payments
• Deliver accurate profitability and cash flow reporting
• Champion data integrity on Oracle NetSuite
• Support payroll, audit, and team training
• Collaborate across teams to streamline finance ops

You’ll also provide occasional cover for project admin functions handled by the second Finance Manager.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience in a similar finance role
• Strong working knowledge of ERP systems – ideally Oracle NetSuite
• Meticulous attention to detail and high accountability
• Excel wizardry and financial reporting prowess
• Excellent communication skills, including with non-finance colleagues
• Ideally working toward a professional accounting qualification
• 20 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing with service up to 25 days)
