Hays are delighted to be supporting a high-growth SME in the service sector based on the outskirts of Warwick in beautiful modern offices with free parking. The role is office-based but offers flexibility in start and finish times.
Your new role
The Finance Manager is a newly created role supporting the Head of Finance and managing a team of 2. This is an excellent growth role dealing with the A-Z of the accounts function overseeing the Management and Financial Accounts. The company is involved in numerous bids and work with external customers and a large part of this role will be to support the contracts, budgets and forecasting. There is also a plan within the next 12 months to upgrade the current accounting system and the Finance Manager will be involved with this.
This is a genuinely great opportunity to join a company who are growing, and the role offers superb career progression and a chance to gain both experience as a Finance Manager but also to develop your commercial acumen.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking to speak with qualified accountants who have previous experience as a Senior Management Accountant or Finance Manager. The ideal candidate will be happy to work full-time in an office environment and have experience of leading small teams. We are looking for candidates with a desire to help grow a business and who are comfortable speaking with non-financial stakeholders.
