Finance Manager - Full or Part Time - Truro / Remote - £35-40,000 Neg DOE

This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful SME marketing business based in Cornwall, with an international client base and offices across the UK. The company values energy, positivity, and a strong team culture.

The role involves:

  1. Leading and developing the finance function, supervising an Assistant Accountant
  2. Ensuring robust financial controls across multiple locations
  3. Implementing modern accounting technology, primarily Xero
  4. Providing expert accounting support to colleagues, clients, and stakeholders
  5. Producing and analyzing month-end management reports
  6. Collaborating with external Chartered Accountants
  7. Managing bank reconciliations, balance sheets, cash flow, budgets, and statutory accounting
  8. Handling dividend reporting and financial compliance

The ideal candidate will be professionally qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or QBE, with experience and a proactive attitude. They should be technically skilled, commercially aware, and capable of mentoring team members, liaising with senior management, and building client relationships. A passion for modern accounting techniques and strategic thinking is essential.
