Job summary

The Park Royal Hotel & Spa is seeking a proactive Finance Manager to lead the hotel’s finance function, ensuring timely financial reporting and strategic support for profitability. You will collaborate closely with the General Manager and department heads to align financial objectives with operational goals.

Candidates should hold a degree in accounting or finance, have experience in hospitality finance, and possess strong critical thinking and people-management skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting, finance or similar.
• Previous finance management experience within hospitality or equivalent.
• Proven ability to diagnose problems with critical thinking skills.
• People management.
• Strong organisational skills developed in a fast-paced environment.

What will I do?

You’ll be responsible and accountable for the finance function of the hotel from producing timely financial data, presenting, decision making and to drive profitability. Working closely with the General Manager and wider hotel head of departments to deliver the hotel’s financial objectives.

Is this the role for me?

• Degree in accounting, finance or similar
• Previous finance management experience within hospitality or equivalent
• Proven ability to diagnose problems with critical thinking skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel,PowerPoint
