Job summary

Luton Bennett is seeking a Finance Manager in Stratford-upon-Avon to lead the finance department and drive accurate management reporting.

You will oversee two Finance Assistants, manage month-end processes, and contribute to cash flow planning within a fast-growing SME with ambitious plans.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
• Experience as a Finance Manager, Management Accountant or similar.
• Experience in management accounting, month-end and balance sheet control.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Growth-minded with a focus on process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day ownership of the finance department.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Finance Manager will oversee the day to day running of the finance department including 2 Finance Assistants and much collaboration with the wider business teams. You will ensure the business has accurate finance information and effective processes. You will ensure monthly management reporting and work closely with the business leaders.
