Alexander Dennis is seeking a Finance Business Manager to lead the overhead forecasting process and provide analytical insight across the business unit. You will partner with stakeholders to drive cost understanding and support informed decision-making.

Location: Based in either our Larbert or Skelmersdale office, you'll work on-site Monday to Thursday, with Fridays reserved for home working and an early finish at 1:00 pm.

As Finance Business Manager, you will lead the central overhead forecasting process while supporting the wider function within the AD Business Unit. You’ll provide high-quality financial analysis and insight, partner with stakeholders across the business, and help drive better understanding and control of costs to support effective decision-making.
We’re looking for a commercially minded and analytical finance professional with strong systems and Excel capability, who is confident working across functions and influencing stakeholders at all levels. You’ll be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable challenging existing practices to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, complex environment.
