Alexander Dennis invites applications for a Finance Business Manager based in our Larbert or Skelmersdale offices. You will lead the central overhead forecasting process and deliver high‑quality financial analysis to support strategic decisions, partnering with stakeholders across the business.
You will drive cost understanding, control and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment, leveraging your strong Excel skills and experience in a large multi-site setting.
Location: Based in either our Larbert or Skelmersdale office, you'll work on-site Monday to Thursday, with Fridays reserved for home working and an early finish at 1:00 pm.

As Finance Business Manager, you will lead the central overhead forecasting process while supporting the wider function within the AD Business Unit. You’ll provide high-quality financial analysis and insight, partner with stakeholders across the business, and help drive better understanding and control of costs to support effective decision‑making.
We’re looking for a commercially minded and analytical finance professional with strong systems and Excel capability, who is confident working across functions and influencing stakeholders at all levels. You’ll be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable challenging existing practices to drive continuous improvement in a fast‑paced, complex environment.
CIMA / ACCA / ACA part‑qualified or fully qualified
Experience of working in a large, multi‑site or global organisation
Experience using Syspro and/or Hyperion
