Job summary

Select Recruitment Specialists Ltd is seeking a Finance Manager for Norwich to lead day-to-day financial management, controls, reporting and forecasting across a growing engineering, manufacturing, and project delivery organisation.

You will produce monthly management accounts, manage cash flow with rolling forecasts, establish robust financial controls across all projects, and work closely with the CEO and senior team to develop KPIs and dashboards that drive strategic influence and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience as Finance Manager, Management Accountant, or Financial Controller.
• Strong management accounting capability and cash-flow forecasting skills.
• Strong understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.
• Experience managing accounts receivable and payable.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modelling.

This Finance Manager role would suit an experienced professional with demonstrable experience as a Finance Manager, Management Accountant, or Financial Controller who brings strong management accounting capability and excellent cash-flow forecasting skills. You'll have strong understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow, experience managing accounts receivable and payable, and strong Excel and financial modelling ability. Your commercially minded approach, comfort challenging management, and ability to operate effectively within a rapidly growing organisation, combined with experience in engineering, manufacturing, project-based environments, or work-in-progress and project accounting, will help you thrive as a Finance Manager.
