Why we need this role

This role is central to accounting and reporting, covering month-end processes, audits, financial analysis, business partnering, technical support, and project management. It ensures compliance, accuracy, and efficiency, contributing to the success of the finance function.

What you will do
  • Prepare IFRS consolidated and standalone local GAAP financial statements, overseeing the entire financial statement process.
  • Assist with group and subsidiary audits, providing support for annual audits.
  • Support the month-end close process and oversee reporting for finance teams in a multi-national environment.
  • Act as a key contact for Finance/Business, supporting budgeting and decision-making, collaborating with stakeholders such as Tax, FP&A, FBPs, and Legal.
  • Analyze country/divisional and Group monthly results.
  • Perform variance analysis on consolidated results.
  • Work with shared service centre finance teams on process improvements.
  • Provide guidance on complex accounting issues, including capex and reorganizations.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement practical actions.
  • Support projects and system implementations as needed.
  • Build relationships with internal teams and external auditors.
What we're looking for
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting frameworks, policies, and regulations.
  • Ability to analyze financial data, trends, and variances.
  • Deep knowledge of accounting principles, financial and management accounting.
  • Experience in consolidating results across multiple subsidiaries/divisions, including intercompany eliminations (desirable).
Skills/Qualifications

An industry-recognized qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or ACA.
