Our client, a highly respected and well-funded property company headquartered in London, is looking for an experienced and commercially astute Finance Manager to join its expanding team.

Reporting to the Financial Controller and working closely with senior leadership, the Finance Manager will oversee core financial processes including management and statutory reporting, budgeting, tax compliance, and financial systems. Key Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• 3+ years' experience in the property sector
• Strong reporting and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with property systems is advantageous
• Knowledge of tax compliance (CIS, VAT, corporation tax)
• Confident communicator with proven stakeholder management skills
