Finance Manager
People2People is excited to be hiring a Finance Manager for a well-established and highly successful client within the dynamic media, leisure, and arts industry. This role is based on-site in Central London, within the client's central operations team.

Key Responsibilities
As the Finance Manager, you will be crucial to our client's central operations team. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing and managing junior members of the finance team, fostering their professional development.
  • Taking charge of group management accounts, ensuring precision and timely reporting.
  • Playing a significant role in the successful management of the group's external audit process.
  • Providing insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making across various divisions.
  • Collaborating effectively with non-finance teams, communicating complex financial information clearly and confidently.
Key Skills Needed
  • A-levels and a First-Class or high 2:1 degree from a top UK university is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to manage or mentor junior staff.
  • Able to work cross-functionally and liaise confidently with non-finance teams, utilizing excellent communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills and a commitment to accuracy.
  • The ability to provide useful financial insight to the business.
  • Capable of working independently with a high level of motivation and collaboratively as part of a team.
Desirable Skills:
  • Progress with professional accounting qualifications.
  • Proficiency in Sage 50 software.
The successful applicant will be a commercially aware individual with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring smooth and compliant financial operations.
