Finance Manager – Fully Qualified

Remote/London

We are recruiting for a fully qualified Finance Manager to join an innovative and fast-growing SaaS business. This is a remote-based role; however, the successful candidate will need to be based in the UK. Offering a salary of £50,000 plus excellent benefits, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a tech-driven company. This is a standalone role reporting directly to the CEO where you will play a key part in shaping the financial operations while working in a collaborative, remote-first environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

In this hands-on role, you'll take ownership of core financial processes and reporting:

• Oversee bookkeeping, reconciliations, and cash flow tracking using Xero.
• Manage VAT submissions, payroll coordination, and month-end cycles.
• Deliver timely, insightful management reporting and financial dashboards.
• Liaise with external accountants and support audit preparation.
• Drive process improvements using modern digital tools and platforms.

What Experience is Required

We are seeking a Finance Manager who can demonstrate:

• Full qualification (ACCA, CIMA, AAT or equivalent) with a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
• Proven track record in end-to-end finance operations, ideally in tech or SaaS.
• Strong command of finance systems (e.g. Xero) and reporting tools like Power BI or Excel.
