Job summary

Steatite Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking a commercially-minded Finance Manager to join during a period of transformation. You will work closely with the Financial Controller to deliver monthly management and group reporting, support budgeting and forecasting, strengthen controls and provide commercial insight to operational teams.

ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified or equivalent, with experience in management accounts and financial reporting, and a strong analytical mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified (or equivalent).
• Experience producing management accounts and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
• Proactive, organised and adaptable.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Manufacturing experience and ERP knowledge would be advantageous.
• UK Security Clearance (SC) eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management and group reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, KPIs).
• Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Provide commercial and financial insight to support business decisions.
• Prepare VAT and statutory returns.
• Manage balance sheet reconciliations and intercompany accounting.
• Support payroll, pensions and year-end reporting.
• Contribute to process improvements as the business evolves.

Are you a commercially minded Finance Manager looking for a role where you can make a real impact?

We are looking for a proactive and adaptable Finance Manager to join our growing business during an exciting period of transformation. Working closely with the Financial Controller, you will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting budgeting and forecasting, strengthening financial controls and providing meaningful commercial insight to operational teams.

What you will be doing:

Preparing monthly management and group reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and KPIs)

Providing commercial and financial insight to support business decisions
