Jobs4 in Knutsford is seeking a Finance Manager to join a fast-growing, international business in a newly created role. You will report to the Finance Director, lead a small team, and streamline processes to drive efficiency.

The role covers end-to-end monthly management accounts, VAT submissions, balance sheet reconciliations, and close collaboration with Ops and FP&A. The ideal candidate is CIMA/ACCA qualified with management accounts experience and leadership aspirations.

Qualifications

• CIMA/ACCA qualified accountant with management accounts experience.
• Experience overseeing a small team and improving processes.
• Strong VAT knowledge and monthly reporting capability.

Responsibilities

• Staff management of a small team across Accounts Payable, Credit Control & Management Accounts.
• Oversee end-to-end monthly management accounts.
• Collaborate with Ops to understand needs and improve processes.
• Take responsibility for VAT submissions.
• Act as escalation point for vendor queries.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations.
• Drive continuous development and improvement of processes.
• Support Finance Director during quarterly reporting deadlines.
• Partner with FP&A to share data and performance internally.

Finance Manager | Knutsford | £55,000 - £65,000

An opportunity to join a fast growing, international business in a newly created role. Reporting into the Finance Director, you will have a broad set of responsibilities overseeing a small but able team, whilst continuing to improve existing processes with aim to become more efficient.

Main duties include;

• Staff management of 2 across Accounts Payable, Credit Control & Management Accounts (PQ)
• Oversee the production of end to end monthly management accounts
• Working closely with Ops teams to understand ongoing needs and develop processes accordingly
• Take responsibility for VAT submissions
• Act as an escalation point for all vendor queries
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Continuous development and improvement of processes
• Assist the Finance Director during quarterly reporting deadlines
• Work closely with the FP&A team to ensure data and performance is distributed internally efficiently

Candidate profile;

Ideally suited to a CIMA/ACCA Qualified Accountant, experienced within Management Accounts looking to step in to a more management level role.
