CV Screen is recruiting a Finance Manager near Huddersfield, West Yorkshire. The role offers a salary up to £50,000 depending on experience, with a chance to shape the finance function in a fast-growing, technology-led business.

Reporting to the CFO, you will own monthly close, cash management, balance sheet control and lead finance staff across sites, driving process improvements as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Qualified or part-qualified accountant, or strong QBE with solid management accounting experience.
• Proven strength in balance sheet control, cash management and working capital.
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence in a growing business where systems are developing.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly close and produce management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reporting.
• Manage the daily cash position, 13-week forecasting and improvements to working capital, debtors and creditors.
• Maintain balance sheet reconciliations, financial controls and month-end accounting such as accruals, prepayments, fixed assets and intercompany.
• Lead and develop finance and administration staff across multiple sites, overseeing purchase-to-pay and order-to-cash.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, margin analysis, VAT, audit and year-end, while driving process and automation improvements.

Finance Manager – Huddersfield, West Yorkshire – Up to £50,000

CV Screen is delighted to be recruiting a Finance Manager on behalf of a fast-growing, technology-led business near Huddersfield, West Yorkshire. A salary of up to £50,000 is available depending on experience. Our client operates across multiple UK sites and uses automation, robotics and data-driven technology to scale rapidly.
