We are partnering with a successful international professional services business based in Guildford in their search for a Finance Operations Manager on a 6-month contract basis.

Responsibilities of the Finance Operations Manager include:

1. Managing Billing, Accounts Payable, and Credit Control processes
2. Ensuring operational efficiency and accuracy
3. Implementing financial controls and reporting aligned with the company's strategic objectives
4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior management to support decision-making, optimize resource allocation, and enhance profitability while maintaining high financial integrity

Required Experience:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA) or QBE
• Proven experience in transactional finance, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, and O2C
• Proficiency with financial systems
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience with process improvement initiatives
