Dartmouth Partners are exciting to work with a growing Financial Services business to recruit a part qualified Finance Manager.

You’ll support the team in delivering accurate and insightful financial reporting, conducting budgeting and forecasting, and overseeing AP and payroll. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is currently studying towards their finance qualification and eager to grow into the role.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with preparation of monthly management accounts
Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Support in year-end audits and financial statements
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal controls
Assist in developing financial models and reports for decision-making
Liaise with external stakeholders including auditors and banks
Aid Accounts Payable and payroll

What We’re Looking For:

Part-qualified (ACCA / CIMA / ACA) with 2–4 years of relevant experience
Strong academic background
Strong Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems (e.g., Xero, Sage, SAP, or similar)
Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator with the ability to explain financial information clearly
A self-starter, proactive, and eager to grow in a dynamic environment
