Job summary

GOTION HIGH-TECH is seeking a senior finance leader to oversee the UK subsidiary's financial operations, including budgeting, cost control, and cash flow management. You will lead tax planning to ensure regulatory compliance and establish a robust international finance framework.

Also responsible for system localization, developing UK-specific policies, and coordinating the annual audit with timely statutory reporting. A bachelor’s degree with ACCA/CPA and UK GAAP expertise are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above; ACCA/CPA preferred.
• Local UK experience; IELTS 6.5 or equivalent business English.
• Minimum 5 years in financial management within multinationals; UK GAAP knowledge.

Job description

• Financial Management: Oversee all aspects of financial operations for the UK subsidiary, including budgeting, cost control, and cash flow management.
• Tax & Compliance: Lead tax planning initiatives to ensure full regulatory compliance, targeting an annual tax efficiency rate of ≥95%.
• System Localization: Develop and implement localized financial policies and procedures tailored to the UK market, establishing a robust international finance framework.
• Audit Coordination: Manage the annual audit process and ensure the timely and accurate submission of statutory financial reports.

Qualifications

• Education & Certification: Bachelor’s degree or above. ACCA/CPA qualification is highly preferred. Minimum 5 years of financial management experience in multinational corporations.
• Local Experience: At least 2 years of hands‑on finance experience in the UK. IELTS 6.5 or equivalent business English proficiency.
• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of UK GAAP (FRS 102) and HMRC regulations. Proven track record of leading overseas finance projects.
• Global Mindset: Overseas study background preferred, with strong cross‑cultural communication skills. Must be willing to relocate to the UK or travel frequently as required.
