Overview: This is an exciting opportunity to join the team of a dynamic and rapidly expanding media group on a fast track to real responsibility. Role description: We are currently seeking an ambitious Finance Manager to lead our growing Finance team. Through exposure to many areas of the media, arts and leisure sectors, you will play a key role in managing financial operations (including delivery of management accounts and oversight of the yearly audit), ensuring compliance, and contributing to the financial growth of the company. As the Finance Manager, you will report directly to the Financial Director and will have regular contact with the CEO. You’ll be driven, technical and will be experienced in interpreting data and tackling complex problems. Not least, you’ll have the charisma, charm and flair to communicate effectively with clients, as well as with team members internally, in order to make things happen and have a real impact on the company’s success.

Requirements: The successful candidate will have an excellent educational background, superb attention to detail and 2+ years experience in an Accounts/Finance role with demonstrated progression. A degree in Mathematics, Economics or other Finance or Business related subject is required, with minimum 2.1 result.Strong experience with Excel and Sage 50 Accounts software, together with progress with an accounting professional qualification are all desirable.

Salary: £45-60k depending on experience.This role would suit a Finance Manager or experienced Senior Finance Executive looking to take a step-up in their career.

Start date: Immediate but short notice periods will also be considered.
