You’ll oversee Credit Management, Accounts Payable & Receivable, and Sales Operations, while guiding five high-performing teams. Collaborate with senior leaders, drive process improvements, and help shape our positive, purpose‑driven culture. - Take charge of Credit Management, Debt Risk Assessment, Accounts Payable & Receivable, MPS and Sales Operations.
- Lead and inspire five high‑performing teams, setting the standard for commercial excellence.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and make a real impact across the business.
- Shape and improve processes, drive cash flow, and build strong supplier relationships.
- Be the go‑to expert for complex recoveries, contract negotiations, and risk strategy.
- A proven finance professional with a background in Credit Management, Accounts Payable/Receivable, or Commercial Finance.

- A base salary of up to £50,000 per annum
