Job summary

Recruitment Solutions (NW) Ltd is working to appoint a commercially minded Finance Manager for a retail group. The role reports to the CFO and leads a small finance team.

The position offers a hybrid working pattern after probation, with a salary around £50,000, discretionary performance reviews, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical cover, life assurance and a enhanced pension option.

Qualifications

• CIMA/ACCA qualification or close to qualification.
• Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Xero is an advantage but not essential.
• Experience of leading and developing a Finance team.
• Proven track record of operational experience (stock and fleet management).
• Strong financial planning and analysis capabilities.
• Experience in systems and process optimisation.

Recruitment Solutions is working to appoint a commercially minded Finance Manager. Established for over 50 years, our client is a family owned Retail Group with a strong market presence on the high street and online. The Finance Manager will report to the CFO and be supported by a small, professional and capable Finance team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Finance team.
• Drive financial strategy and control, including management reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Oversee systems and process optimisation to support business growth.
• Provide operational experience related to stock and fleet management as applicable to the client.

Qualifications
