Job summary

JSS is recruiting a commercially minded Head of Finance for the UK entities, based in West End with five days in the office and immediate availability. You will lead financial management, accounting, and regulatory reporting, while serving as MLRO (SMF17) under FCA oversight in a dynamic international investment management group.

You will work closely with the Group CFO, Group CEO, UK Boards and external advisers to ensure robust financial controls, FCA compliance and strategic guidance across

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
• Extensive FCA-regulated asset/investment management experience.
• Experience preparing FCA regulatory and prudential returns.
• Strong AML/financial crime expertise, MLRO preferred.
• Excellent English communication; high level stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead UK finance function, bookkeeping, close, and controls.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and statutory financial statements.
• Oversee FCA regulatory reporting, prudential returns and ICARA inputs.
• Oversee AML/financial crime framework and MLRO duties.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and cost optimisation.
• Coordinate treasury, tax, payroll, audit and external adviser relations.
• Present risks and performance to Group CFO and UK boards.
