Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with 10+ years’ PQE and senior finance leadership experience.
• Breadth across several finance disciplines including regulatory and tax.
• Experience growing finance teams in scale-up or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Own financial reporting, controls and regulatory finance.
• Lead a five-person senior team across controllership, accounting, controls, tax and banking operations.
• Ensure IPO readiness and governance reporting to the board and Audit Committee.
