Zusammenfassung

SIGNET is seeking an experienced Head of Finance to lead the UK group’s financial management, accounting and controls, including MLRO duties and FCA reporting. The role sits within an international investment management business and reports to senior leadership.

The postholder will own UK financial accounting, management reporting, budgeting and regulatory returns, ensuring robust controls and timely, accurate financial information for boards and regulators.

Qualifikationen

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent qualification.
• Significant senior finance experience in an FCA-regulated asset management environment.
• Hands-on FCA regulatory and prudential reporting experience.
• Extensive AML/financial crime experience, MLRO/SMF17 preferred.
• Ability to satisfy FCA fit and proper assessment for SMF17.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, controls and stakeholder skills.
• Excellent English communication and professional integrity.

Aufgaben

• Lead UK finance function for UK entities, overseeing bookkeeping, close processes and financial controls.
• Prepare and review monthly management accounts and statutory financial statements.
• Oversee FCA regulatory and prudential reporting, RegData and related submissions.
• Manage AML/financial crime controls and MLRO responsibilities.
• Coordinate annual budgets, rolling forecasts and scenario analysis for UK entities.
• Liaise with regulators, external advisers and auditors; present financial information to the Group CFO and UK Boards.
