Job summary

JMF Associates in London is seeking a Head of Finance to lead the financial function, provide strategic insights, and act as a trusted partner to the CEO and Board.

The role covers financial planning, reporting, treasury, and compliance across multiple territories, while building robust processes and supporting international operations in a fast-paced, creative environment.

You will mentor a small finance team and bring CIMA/ACCA qualifications with post-qualification experience.

Qualifications

• Be qualified CIMA/ACCA with at least two years' post-qualification experience, preferably in a HoF or Finance Director role
• Experience managing finance for international, multi-entity, multi-currency organisations
• Strong knowledge of UK corporation tax, VAT, PAYE, with understanding of overseas tax and payroll processes

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, reporting, treasury, and compliance across multiple territories, ensuring robust controls and commercial support
• Hands-on approach to build resilient financial processes and supporting international operations in a fast-paced, creative environment
